Cory born and raised in Central Oregon started his construction career working with his Dad; owner of  M.T. Developments who specialized in residential excavation in Central Oregon. When his Dad left Central Oregon to take over the family rock quarry in Corvallis, Oregon , Cory worked for Gilmore Farms as an equipment operator and mechanic. He decided to return to Central Oregon in 2015 to get back into excavation where he worked on many Commercial Projects including  several phases of the Facebook facility.  

Cory  is very hands on within the business and will be found in the field on each job helping crews with all aspects of the project.  He is committed to ensuring each client  receives the highest level of services. 

Shay was born and raised in Central Oregon.  She began her career in construction working as an ODOT  Quality Control Technician and Equipment Operator on State and Federal Highway projects throughout Oregon. She returned to Central Oregon to settle down and raise a family where she filled several key  roles  including workings as a Laboratory Manager and Field Technician for a Geotechinal Engineering firm as well as  working for Central Oregon's largest  General Contractor as a Safety Director and Assistant Project Manager.

Shay can be found  managing many of the business operations from estimating  to advertising. She is often the first contact for clients and is committed to making sure each clients unique needs are met.
